These animations are part of my experiments with complex numbers, conformal mapping and particle movement.

The code was written in ActionScript 2, right before ActionScript 3 came out. Due to the size of the program I used a procedural approach. They were shown in a larger Flash animation environment and in the present display the "close" button at the top right doesn't have any functionality. Details and the code are posted on GitHub.
